Knowledge Research Center (located in Orange, CA) is looking for volunteers who suffer from fatty liver disease to participate in a paid clinical trial of an investigational treatment for liver disease. We are offering an exciting opportunity to participate in a clinical trial aimed at discovering new treatments for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH).
You may be eligible to join if you:
Are 18 - 80 years old
Have a body mass index (BMI) > 25.0kg
Have compensated cirrhosis
Have high cholesterol
Have elevated blood pressure
Have elevated fasting glucose

To qualify, you must:
Be between 18 and 80 years of age
Be willing to use a highly effective contraception if a woman of child bearing potential
Be willing to have your blood drawn
A diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn’s Disease
Signs and symptoms of Crohn’s:
Frequent diarrhea
Abdominal pain or cramping
Fatigue
Weight loss
Blood in the stool
Fever
Reduced appetite
Nausea or vomiting
Mouth sores
Skin rashes
