Knowledge Research Center Notification of Privacy Incident

ORANGE, California, September 2, 2026 – Knowledge Research Center (“KRC”) announced today that on August 3, 2026 KRC determined that personal information was impacted by an incident involving a former employee who disclosed certain company files outside the organization in an unauthorized manner on July 8, 2026.

Upon learning of this incident, KRC conducted a thorough internal investigation. Impacted individuals have already been notified of the incident in accordance with applicable law. The affected personal information included names, certain contact and demographic information and, in certain instances, medical diagnoses. The information did not include social security numbers, financial information, including credit or debit card information, or bank account information.

KRC is not aware of any actual or attempted identity theft, or fraud related to the affected information as a result of this incident. KRC is taking this matter very seriously and has arranged for identity protection services, including credit monitoring at no charge to all affected individuals. Affected individuals may call (844) 301-0049 toll-free for additional information, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time (closed on U.S. observed holidays).
